Our principle service is headhunting, albeit we often recommend the more traditional search and selection based assignments to provide the best individual recruitment solution. We are able to combine field based interviews with many forms of candidate screening, based on our own candidate testing.
Assignments are fee based, are uniquely resourced and our Client base is noncompetitive - in other words we do not work for more than one Client within a given sector. This builds loyalty, trust and delivers the very best candidates to our Clients. Our own competitors often prosper by specialising in either a discipline or recruitment sector - this we believe minimises the quality of candidates and the people we can credibly target. We are not likely to recommend some of the best people from a Client we know and for which we have a working relationship. With this in mind our strategic objective is to allow our recruitment activity to be unhindered, in the search for only the best candidates.
